- 8 oz. soba noodles (packet of, cooked according to package directions)
- 2 avocados (sliced)
- 1 bunch kale (approximately 5 oz, stems removed and leaves chopped)
- 1 bunch green onions (sliced)
- toasted sesame seeds (optional)
