    i just baked this, this morning & it came out great. i will definitely be making this again. my only question/ concern is how do you keep the parchment from sticking to the bottom of the bread? i took it out of my pot and let it cool but the paper got stuck 😥

    This worked quite well. I love how crisp the crust is and how chewy the inside is. I slashed the top before baking. Don’t know if that was an improvement, but it didn’t spoil the rise in the oven.

    Easy, leave it to rise for at least 8 hours. You will need a Dutch oven for this! Great for garlic bread or bread to soak up chicken curry!
