    I added garlic and used olive oil instead of canola oil. I also added the seasoning to the onions and zucchini and it made them really pop
    fantastic. had it with ribeye instead of suggested meat. gonna try charcoal grill next for all ingredients

    Excellent! Tasty! Except I used sirloin cutlets, cooked them on the grill, 18 total minutes. kept the vegetables the same. Yum!

    Turned out really nice. I just cooked the steak at the same time as the veggies but using two pans to make it quicker.

    The ratatouille was absolutely delish! I used reduced fat feta and added garlic and red and green peppers. I didn’t care for it paired with the minute steak. I think it would be better with chicken. Although, the ratatouille was good enough to it alone! 😋

    I cooked the steak differently from the directions here. The ratatouille was a great addition. I'm not always a feta fan, but in the quantity here with the strong flavor of steak, it works.

    I overcooked veggies a bit so it got a little mushy but flavor was delicious...not as kid friendly

    This was super easy & really quick to make! I added a summer squash into the chopped zucchini! And my 10-yr old did the cooking and it was so delicious!! We'll definitely be making this one again!!!

    Very yummy, boyfriend was surprised how well it topped the steak! I didn't have herbs de Provence so I just used salt, pepper, oregano, and marjoram
