- 1 1/4 cups crumbled feta cheese (I used)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (mild, for frying, such as sunflower)

- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 handful mint leaves (large handful, finely chopped)
- 6 buns (such as Dave’s Million Dollar Buns or Honey Oat BeerBuns, halved and toasted)
