I had to use fat free Greek yogurt for this sauce and it turned out that it was too runny. The flavors were good except that my garlic clove was too big and my cucumber was too small. With some adjustments to my own method I will be sure to make this again. Loved the mint variation. In the future I will make Labneh with my fat free yogurt before I make the sauce and then the consistency will be perfect.
