- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (packed)
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips (or semisweet, I used 1 cup chopped bittersweet chocolate)
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds (chopped, They use salted roasted almonds, but I couldn't find these so I used dry roasted but added flakey salt to the recipe below)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (flakey)
- 2 egg whites
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup cane sugar
- 2 tsp. matcha (I use Encha organic latte grade matcha)
