WAAAAAY too much mint. It was inedible-y minty, and even after I doubled all the other ingredients it was still pretty concentrated and tasted like Altoids. Maybe it would be better if you only add a drop or two.
And also, it didn't get thick until I added about 4 times more chia seeds than the recipe called for.
Don't think I'll be making this one again.
