I just made the sun dried tomato crumble. I didnt have all the ingredients but it came out great! I had more seeds than walnuts, didnt have any cilantro, ect. I eyeballed everything and it came out looking a little wet but I had some ground flax seeds on hand wich where perfect to get it to the texture I was looking for. Super versitile quick recipe and DELICIOUS!
