  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 4 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 8 tablespoons powdered sugar
