This is not a cobbler, it is a crisp. Cobblers are cake-biscuit like, (often with milk/cream and egg in a thick batter) dropped by tablespoon over fruit and then baked. Crisps have the brown sugar-flour-oatmeal-butter mix sprinkled over the fruit, then baked, as in this recipe. With all due respect, please make sure your recipes are titled correctly going forward.
