  • 8 ounces pizza dough (fresh, chilled)
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/2 bunch fresh parsley leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 sprig rosemary leaves (fresh, finely chopped)
  • 3 1/2 ounces salami (thinly sliced)
  • 5 ounces olives (stuffed, coarsely chopped)
  • 3 1/2 ounces gouda cheese (grated)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
    2. Roll pizza dough out on a floured work surface into a 16x12 inch rectangle. Cut dough in 1/2 to create two long, thin strips. Spread tomato paste over each strip, keeping a border of about 1/2 inch along one long edge. Sprinkle with fresh and dried herbs. Arrange salami, olives then cheese over top. Roll up dough into a thin log, moistening clean border with water to seal. Transfer to prepared baking sheets and bake for 14-15 mins. Cut into slices. Serve hot or cold.
