These are literally so good. Depending on how hungry people the recipe is good for 2-3 people. I added a lil soy sauce to the batter because I thought they needed a lil salt and used the same amount of bbc saúde as Mayo. Aside from that I followed the instructions. Recipe is super easy and sooo delicious

I made this for my dad (who's usually pretty picky about trying new foods), and he absolutely loved it! I didn't have any BBQ sauce, so I made my own sauce with 2 TBSP Ketchup, 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce, 1 TBSP Soy Sauce, and 1 TSP sugar. Brush it over the okonomiyaki after cooking, and then lightly drizzle some Kewpie mayonnaise! So yummy!
