- 1 lb. ground turkey (or ground beef)
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (or oatmeal, I always use oatmeal)
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg (or 2)
- 8 oz. tomato sauce (Instead of the tomato sauce, I usually substitute with around 1/4 cup of ketchup in the meat mixture and at least another 1/4 cup for the top)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- Worcestershire sauce (several shakes of)
- veggies (A couple of handfuls of whatever other, you have on hand…, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, carrots, spinach, lentils…)

This recipe is very good. My daughter and I enjoyed it. I added a little onion powder in addition to the spices

Yummmmm perfect as is.. I used green onions and pepprs... along with some of my fav seasoning as always ;)

Great easy recipe! I ended up making a traditional meatloaf “loaf” instead of putting in a muffin pan and it still came out great! Cooked it for an hour on 350 degrees.

This turned out great! My girls aren't big meatloaf eaters but they gave me the thumbs-up with this one. I used tomato sauce, ketchup and sofrito instead of just tomato sauce. Only con is I should have sprayed the pan...they were a little difficult to take ou.
