My 11 year old thought these were better than the Pam yo normally make- so either I make really bad pancakes normally, or these are really good. Not a strong egg flavor. I used all almond flour and no coconut flour.

I added a touch of sugar free maple syrup and it gave the donuts a buttery sweetness, soooo good! Definitely making again

I made these for the first time today. They've turned out great! I didn't have enough almond flour at the time, so used coconut flour for most of it. I also don't have a donut maker, so just made regular pancakes. I would definitely make these again!
