- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic (minced or grated)

- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 lb. pasta (your favorite short cut)
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 3/4 cups milk (I use 2%)
- 2 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 cups provolone (gouda or havarti cheese, shredded, I used a mix)
- 1 cup fontina cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 tsp. mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 cups marinara sauce (2- ,your favorite)
- 8 bell peppers (6-)
- 1 1/2 cups crushed ritz crackers (about 1 sleeve)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
