    very tasty, but dont make them too big or else they kinda fall apart. doubling the recipe gives you about 10 extra large muffins! its fine if you put salted butter inside the mix but dont do it on the outside for the sugar mix. v simple and easy.

    these are great! I would suggest whisking the wet ingredients and sugar in a smaller bowl then combining with the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
