  • bittersweet chocolate (melted)
  • fresh raspberries (small)

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Divide batter among greased 4 3/4 oz capacity ramekins. Place ramekins on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 mins or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly.
    2. Remove cakes from the ramekins. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Garnish with raspberries and fresh mint sprigs.
