- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley (minced, or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme (minced, or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or as desired)
- 1/8 tsp. pepper (or as desired)
- 1/2 cup wheat (whole, or gluten-free breadcrumbs or ground oats, may need more if mixture is loose)
- 8 cups all natural reduced sodium chicken broth (like Saffron Road or Imagine or homemade chicken stock)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning
- 2 carrots (large, peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup snow peas (trimmed and sliced into thirds)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups baby bok choy (or regular size, trimmed and coarsely chopped)
- 2 cups asparagus (sliced)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup cooked brown rice (or brown rice couscous, whole wheat orzo or quinoa)
