Description
When most people hear the term 'cheese burger' they think of a beef patty with cheese on top, but that is not what these are! In this recipe, goat cheese is mixed with tomatoes, black olives, and fresh herbs to form a flavor-packed patty. These patties are served on fresh rolls for a unique and delicious appetizer. This recipe is great to bring to a party or for entertaining guests.

- dough (Bread pudding)
- 1 egg yolk
- sesame seeds
- 200 grams goat cheese
- 2 Tbsp. black olives (chopped)
- 4 tomato (dried, petals)
- 3 basil (sprigs)
- chives
- 1 Tbsp. cream (or milk)
- ground black pepper

Directions
- Form small dough balls, and place them on a baking sheet previously covered with parchment paper, let rise 30 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Brush dough balls with egg yolk diluted in a tablespoon of water and coffee. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
