    Wow! This is such a great recipe!! I have been wanting to try to make cauliflower pizzas for ages now, but I was always discouraged because most vegan recipes said they were falling apart. It all seemed complicated in my head. But this is nothing like that. I got beautiful crusts on the first try. They hold together perfectly. Could even use them for making other dishes like Enchiladas, burritos, or with a different seasoning they can be the base of a sweet dessert. I'm more than happy with the outcome of this, and will be making them many more times! I have intolerance to hazelnuts, so I used hemp seeds instead, which worked wonderfully. Thank you for this great and simple recipe!
