- 1 tsp. baking powder (I like THIS corn free brand)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk (any kind)
- 1/4 cup ghee (butter, or coconut oil – melted)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 cup apples (peeled and chopped into small 1/4 inch cubes)
- 1/4 cup coconut butter (I use THIS brand)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (like this)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked in water for at least 3 hours and rinsed)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 Tbsp. hot water
