- 1 can cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 medium zucchini (diced)
- 1 1/2 cups green beans (diced)
- 1 clove garlic (as finely minced as possible)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch salt (and freshly ground pepper to taste)
