It was very good and honestly easy to make except I didn’t use any of the spices because I personally don’t like having too many spices so I only added salt and pepper regardless it turned out to be very rich in flavour

The family enjoyed the soup took a little longer to cook through.

It was a hit & added kale in lieu of spinach. Since I ran out of spinach. Great soup on a cold raining night!

This turned out really good, however, I used some different seasonings, and lots of it; Trader Joe's 21 Seasonings, garlic powder, some onion salt, and 2 tbsp of ketchup (trust me, that ketchup packs a punch for a soup like this). Also added some breadcrumbs. I'll do it again for sure.

Excellent recipe. Just the right amount of everything...except I added 1 cup of pasta instead of 1/2 cup. Thanks for sharing!

Lovely! I added more veggies and brown elbow macaroni, didn't add black pepper. Still very tasty.

I've made this recipe several times. Great with Grilled Cheese. Highly recommend. 100% vegetarian dish

Awesome! I doubled the seasoning, used 28 oz. of crushed tomatoes, 2 large zucchini, extra veggie broth, and wheat pasta.

LOVED this recipe. I tweaked it a bit by using cheese tortellini which took it to a whole other level! I also diced the zucchini into bigger pieces, switched out a can of white beans for a can of garbanzos, and added a 14 oz can of chicken broth since the tortellini tends to suck up some of the broth-y goodness. I'll definitely be making this again.
