I have recently learned I have gluten, dairy and egg issues so I have been searching for a good dessert. I made this really very skeptical of how good it could be, I mean it’s mostly fruit! I served it at a party and the guest went wild. It tastes like a chocolate covered banana!!! We have made this 3x this summer.
