- 50 mL rice wine (shaoxing, / dry sherry if you don't have)
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar

- 1 onion (medium golden)
- 1 can water chestnuts (each, and bamboo shoots, roughly chopped)
- 1 carrot (large, peeled and finely diced)
- red cabbage (A little, finely diced)
- 1 iceberg lettuce (separated in to its leaves)
