Meal was a success with the family. Followed several suggestions used chicken mince and changed out BBQ sauce to the Hoi Sin Sauce (Asian BBQ Sauce) used light soy sauce also. Will add some spice next time with either chilli or sambal olek. Definitely recommend trying this meal, it’s easy to prep and cook.
