Directions
- Using your KitchenAid® Maximum Extraction Juicer, juice your fresh fruits of choice (I used blood oranges, pineapple and grapefruits). Simply peel your fruits and select either the high or low pulp screen depending on your preference. I used both screens as the variety was fun to play with.
- Secure the foam screen onto the juice pitcher and place atop the drip tray. Then place the pulp container beneath the pulp chute to catch the discarded fruit. Turn the Juicer on and insert the trimmed pineapple, using the food pusher as necessary to activate the fruit with the blade. Once the Juicer has finished juicing, set aside the pineapple juice in a separate bowl and repeat with the blood oranges and grapefruit.
- Fill a champagne glass a third of the way with your fruit juice of choice. Then top with chilled champagne.
- Garnish with fresh fruit and/or herbs. Enjoy immediately
