Loved these! I was skeptical about “light and airy” for a whole wheat muffin, but the texture was perfect and the millet provided a slight crunchiness. I cut the honey in half because I don’t like super sweet muffins. The lemon is really the star of the show. I will definitely be coming back to this recipe as one of my favorites!
