- 1/2 tsp. salt (or less if using Pork Chop Seasoning)
- ground black pepper (fresh, to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning (Penzeys Pork Chop, optional, but recommended, see note for ingredients)
- 1 1/2 cups milk (I used 1% milk, but you could use skim)
- 2 tsp. butter
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil

Very good! I did modify it and put all the milk in to start along with an onion. Delicious
