Description
This semolina pudding requires just 4 ingredients and 30 minutes to prepare. The pudding is flavored with tonka beans, which have an exotic slightly sweet, slightly smokey flavor that lends itself beautifully to this simple recipe. This pudding can be topped with whipped cream and berries for a simple dessert or you can enjoy it with banana and some granola for a delicious breakfast.

- 1 liter milk
- 80 grams powdered sugar
- 1 bean (tonka)
- 80 grams semolina (fine wheat)

Directions
- In a large saucepan, pour the milk, sugar and half a tonka bean, grated with a nutmeg grater (if you want, you can grate the entire bean. The taste will be more pronounced, but still refined).
- Gently heat and bring it to a boil.
- Add the semolina to the milk mixture progressively, and cook gently, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into glasses or jars.
- Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least two hours.
