- 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. Kahlua (optional but so good!)

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (sometimes I use Hersey's Dark Chocolate Cocoa but for these brownies I recommend sticking with regular Cocoa)
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 4 oz. milk chocolate (chopped)
- 3 oz. semi sweet chocolate (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 Tbsp. Kahlua
- 3 oz. milk chocolate (chopped)

The flavor is at but a key step was obviously excluded....that being either spraying or greasing the foil. A pretty important step as this resulted in a gooey sticky chocolate mess. Also I can’t imagine someone cooking these until dry. They are very gooey and quite flat. I will try again doing some major tweaking as the flavor was great!
