    My go-to bread recipe when I'm making Chinese bakery buns like BBQ pork buns, pork floss buns, pineapple buns, etc. It's great a normal loaf, too. :) It comes together really nicely in the KitchenAid with the dough hook without any pre-mixing without any fuss.

    One of my favorite bread recipes, and I’ve been baking bread since I was 7 years old. My family loves these, the bread is light and fluffy, and the sugar glaze makes them absolutely addictive!
