- 15 oz. light red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- 15 oz. black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 15 oz. garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 red onion (small, chopped, about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. chili flakes (spicy, optional)
- 1 tsp. hot sauce (or to taste – I like to use a couple tablespoons)
