4 servings. Used cherry tomatoes and 1/2 red onion. Red wine vinegar instead of lemon. Good to make before work

This is a vibrant, tasty salad that is fairly easy to make. When I make it next time, I may consider adding mint as well.

Very delicious. I added goat cheese to give it another dimension and it turned out to be a wonderful idea. The cheese was a bit gooey though so there are definitely better choices texture wise, but the flavors blended incredibly.

This is delicious! I added quartered cucumbers instead of the tomatoes because my husband doesn’t like them. Great flavor! I added a little pepper to give it a kick. Definitely will make again!

I’ve made this salad often. It’s a great side for a bun less burger or with grilled chicken added to it.

I added an avocado and cucumber and left out the oil. was really nice. had it with some hummus and pita bread....

This is a wonderful salad / even my 14 year old loves it! Quick and simple meal on busy days! I used minced garlic from a jar, and rinsed the beans in the same colander. Other than that I followed the directions and it was wonderful!

I thought this salad was delicious. I followed the recipe and it turned out well. I plan to make it again soon and also make it for a luncheon where we each bring a dish to share.

Excellent! This salad has become a staple at mealtime. Sometimes I add cucumbers and quinoa for variety.

I followed the recipe as written except that I didn't add as much lemon. Absolutely loved it and definitely make it again!
