- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 cup parsely (chopped)
- 2 cups all purpose flour (plus 1/2 cup for frosting)
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 cup kale leaves (chopped)
- 1/4 cup tahini paste
- 1 can chickpeas (or 1 bowl boiled)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (kosher salt, or to taste)
- 7 garlic (whole cloves)
- lemon juice (of 1/4 lemon)
- 3 Tbsp. water
- parsley (few, chopped)
- olive oil (for serving)
- paprika powder (for serving)
- olives (for serving)
- 5 cups lettuce (1 medium lettuce, shredded by hand)
- 2 cups rocket leaves
- 4 cucumber (medium, sliced into half circles)
- 4 medium tomatoes (diced in 1 inch pieces)
- 1 cup parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup red radish (sliced half circles)
- 4 spring onions (chopped)

- 1/3 cup lemon juice (& white vinegar mixture)
