- 2 cups green cabbage (or shredded purple)
- 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup turnips (pickled)
- 5 hot chili peppers (pickled, sliced into rings, Mezzetta is my favorite)
- pickled vegetable (* You can find these at Middle Eastern or kosher markets. If you can’t find them, substitute with a different, your choice.)
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsp. dried dill
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
