The salmon marinade has an unusual mix of ingredients and is more of a paste that forms a crust when baked. It tasted divine! I normally cook salmon with more Asian flavours but wanted to try something new. This recipe is actually quite quick. Not sure if the ginger in recipe is for ground ginger but I had a bulb of fresh ginger so grated that - about 3xmore in quantity than in recipe. Wonderful served with fattoush and kipfler potato thinly sliced, tossed in truffle oil and baked.

Came together quickly from ingredients I had on hand in my pantry. The marinade was more of a paste, which turned into a crust when baked. Both fish and sauce were delicious. Definitely a make again!
