So tasty!! I was glad the author mentioned there's not much sauce as written. I had lemon thyme, not lemons and classic thyme. So I used the fresh lemon thyme plus refrigerated lemon juice concentrate and I added a couple handfuls of fresh spinach with the thyme. We had rave reviews at our dinner table tonight.
