- 8 oz. full fat coconut milk (can of, light could be substituted, but I'm always trying to get more calories on my EOE kid)
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 4 Tbsp. maple syrup (this can be lessened, if you like less sugar in the mornings--just taste and adjust as needed, depending on the sweetness of your strawberries, mine weren't very ripe)
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. orange zest
- 1/2 banana (medium)
- 1/2 Orange (a peeled)
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
