Simple and delicious! I used thighs and baked them 45 minutes (they had reached 170 degrees) brushed them with bbq sauce and broiled them until the sauce was bubbly. I did not bake another 30 minutes because I thought it would overcook the thighs. I’ll definitely make chicken this way again!

I made this last night for dinner with mac and cheese and string beans and again another winner, very easy and quick. Love loved it... IT WAS VERY YUMMLY!!!!!
