I used a bundt pan and baked for 40 min. If you do this, remember to oil and flour the pan, it is moist and it came out fine but would have been even smoother if I had floured the pan. Yeh the cake was delicious and moist we would have preferred a stronger punch of lemon flavour, maybe I'll use two Meyers lemons but only the grated peel of the second.
