- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 cup green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup onions (chopped)
- 1 jalapeno chilies (seeded and finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 4 cups water
- 1 pkg. knorr tomato base elbow pasta soup
- 2 pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
- 15.5 oz. black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 2 tsp. lime juice

Directions
- In 4-quart saucepot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook red pepper, onion and jalapeno pepper, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add garlic and cumin and cook, stirring frequently, 30 seconds. Stir in water,Knorr® Tomato Based Elbow Pasta Soup, corn and beans. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Stir in lime juice. Garnish, if desired, with chopped green onions.
