- 2 tsp. promise buttery spread
- 1 onion (medium, chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 tomato (medium, seeded and diced)
- 1/2 cup avocado (diced)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce (or to taste)

Directions
- Melt Promise® Buttery Spread in 3-quart saucepan over medium-low heat and cook onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Add broth and bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in chicken. Reduce heat to low and simmer, partially covered, 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through.
