I had to play with it a few times trying with and without cinnamon, a touch less flour. A touch less flour and no cinnamon is my favorite. I also made it with just nut flours, which turned out tasty. Not Mexican wedding cookies, but definitely a tasty nutty cookie (and that one is better with cinnamon)

This is really good! My kids loved them. But i have to ask if they really are Mexican. When my mom came over to visit she said that she has never seen these in her life and i did a bit a research calming that these are Mexican. i just had to ask. This is so good. Enjoy your day!
