This was a really good and easy meal. The only thing I would change next time is to grab another can of beans. Just one can was not enough. This was a hit with the entire family.

Turned out very well. Subbed out the refried bean spread for red beans and used a cast iron pan to bake. Quick and easy, also very tasty. Will add this to the rotation. Whole family enjoyed.

Made this a few days ago and it was a huge hit! I worried it would just be ok because it was so super simple! Served with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream and to my surprise, it was way better than expected!! I will definitely be making this again.

We really liked this . I mixed the refried beans with a cheesy Mexican dip made by garden fresh. I also added grilled corn . Will have this again.

This was so good! I changed mine up a little. I doubled the recipe but only used one can of refried beans and added a can of nacho cheese sauce. I also used a package of shredded sharp cheddar and a package of shredded Mexican cheese blend. I browned the beef then added the taco seasoning and some salsa. Then I added the can of nacho cheese sauce and the can of refried beans to the meat and stirred until it was mixed really well. After that, I added a third of the meat mixture to my pan. Next, I added a thin layer of salsa and both types of shredded cheese. Then I topped with the tortillas. I repeated this once more and ended with the meat mixture, salsa, and cheeses. I baked it about 30 minutes since I doubled the recipe. I served with sour cream, taco sauce, and sliced avocado on top. I'll definitely be making this again. It was a hit!

This is by far my favorite yum so far. I added cheese to each layer, skipped the taco sauce and ultimately used less than half a can of refried beans. This was really tasty with extra salsa for serving.

Soooo rich with cheese and yummy. I used chipotle salsa and added some queso in the cheese layers. It would be great served over rice or with corn.

Good. I'd make it again. I had chorizo and onion, so I added them to the "stuffing." Wish I would have seen the guac, sour cream, and jalapeños as a topping prior to hitting the store.
