- 2 tsp. coconut oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 red onion (medium, chopped)
- 1 cup baby bella mushrooms (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. hot sauce (Sabor Mexican Style)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce (canned)
- 4 oz. shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
- cilantro leaves (chopped fresh, for garnish, optional)
