Have made this dish several times. Mixed in refried beans with salsa and meat, rather than pinto beans. Served with a dollop of sour cream and garnished with black olives and cilantro. Easy and delicious. My husband and grandson who is almost two ecstatically ate it and asked for more. This is a keeper.

This was an easy dish to make. We will have it again. Added some fresh veggies to create a whole meal, taco style with sour cream, green onions, and olive.
