This was a great meal. I used ground turkey and topped it with Monterrey Jack and cheddar cheese... also added sliced black olives. My wife added some sour cream to her plate. I served it with refried beans and taquitos, with chile con queso on the side for dipping. Good stuff!!

very good - I didn't have any jumbo shells, so I substituted manicotti, making it even more enchilada-like. I also used ground turkey instead of beef. Tasty and delicious!

Delicious! Added a tablespoon of minced garlic to the beef and extra taco seasoning. Will do a full block of cream cheese next time, and the full onion!

This was delicious! I never would’ve thought to add the cream cheese to the taco meat, but it added great flavor and made stuffing the shells rather easy.

The wife said, "Cook this again next week, PLEASE, dear". Going to try this as a lasagne next time. Topped with crushed nachos and creme fresh.

I will use more hamburger next time at least a pound and a half so you can use more shells and stuff them full

We really enjoyed this simple dish. The only change I made was a bit more of the cheeses (one can never have too much cheese). Great to make ahead and refrigerate until dinner time. Most of the cleanup is done before hand.
This would be easy to make for a crowd!
Will make again.

I wasn't sure how good this would taste in pasta shells. It was delicious!!! I added one chopped fresh jalapeño pepper minus most seeds to fry with onions. That gave it a pleasant heat. Used fresh cilantro and tomatoes as a topper. Definitely will make this again!! .

My family really enjoyed this recipe. I received two thumbs up. They want me to make it again. I wouldn't change a thing.
