Excellent; added a bit more taco seasoning. Topped with diced tomatoes, green onions and avocado.

Delicious! I had to substitute manicotti pasta for the shells since the two stores I went to were out! next time I will add some black beans for added protein but mmmmm it was amazing!!

My grandparents always used to make “Mexishells” when I was a kid and I loved it. Found this recipe and it takes mexishells to a whole new level! The cream cheese definitely takes it over the top, loved it! Awesome recipe!
