This turned out great. I cooked the steaks inside by searing each side for a minute then finished them off in the oven. Even my pickiest eater ate all her steak. I made extra avocado salsa cause my family love’s salsa and they will finish off with chips tomorrow, I did add some onion to the salsa cause I felt it need a little more something when I tasted it and the onion was prefect with it. Will definitely be making this again.
